management often tries to renegotiate costs after services are rendered

non negotiable 2 weeks of PTO per year, includes vacation and sick, and they make you feel very guilty if you ask to take any kind of time off, including asking you to cancel your vacation
no HR department
there is no opportunity for promotion or advancement, in fact you're lucky if you get to keep your job at all
