      Pros

      Probably OK for a career starter who can’t find any better company and wants to have a few years experience on CV.

      Cons

      The management is very hierarchical and the run employees on a system of favourites where you can get singled out for good or bad treatment.

      Pros

      If you can handle 9-10 hours every day with only 15-20 minutes of lunch break with a close to minimum wage salary. Dealing with pissed off customers caused by the company`s absolute incompetence then its the job for you.

      Cons

      Greedy, sociopathic bosses. Insane working hours. Punishments even for small human mistakes.

      Old fashioned management style

      Pros

      Relatively fair salary, international opportunities, superb colleagues (not the management), advanced processes and IT systems, big client base, pro-active approach.

      Cons

      Poor, old-fashioned HR processes. The management acting like they are Gods, if you disagree they will do everything to let you know that individual ideas not welcome here, and this ruins all the pros.
