      Work from home opportunity for employees

      Cons

      - Multiple projects per single employee (which leads to heavier workload) - Recruitment team keeps on lowballing the job applicants in salary negotiation (lower salary indeed, considering the inflation) - Some employees who have higher positions than you keep on grabbing credits to what you've worked on To be fair, there are some great people (who hopefully know their worth and left) but the office politics really suck.

      Pros

      Accepted to the role even though I do not have the prior experience or completed educational background. Was glad to be given a chance by the IT Systems Manager. - Lots to learn if vou are knowledge-hungry - Career Progression seems promising - Manager was friendly and helpful

      Cons

      - Lack of manpower - Salary is below market value which is understandable for my case - Learning is independent which was challenging as I do not have relevant experience
