Pros
Good workers, good hours, good comradery. People on floor given own projects and allowed to work automatously without hovering management. Making work environment calmer and more efficient.
Cons
I lost this great job due to bad sales manager and Operations Manager. Two managers (only managers) allowed sales manager to put all eggs in basket with Stellantis and Continental Automotive. These two companies hit extreme hardships this year. Did not push sales manager to diversify customer base. Product was very diverse, including ability to cater to medical field as well as automotive.
