      Very low pay with many work load

      Pros

      provide work from home policy (twice/ once a week), but only after probation, althought your teammate are not going back to office, you still have to back to office before probation

      Cons

      low pay but stressful, may need to work on holiday (for example, check the ad, do report, reply email to client, etc)
