In terms of your cons, we do hope that you spoke to your Line Manager about your shifts as work/life balance is important to us and we would not want any of our people to feel that their working patterns were having a detrimental effect on them. We hope you career is going well outside of O2.

In terms of your cons, we can't really comment on some of them due to the lack of information but in terms of the hours and shift times, if these are causing difficulty for you then please reach out to your Line Manager to see how they can help/support, that is what they are there for.
