Hybrid or remote work is no longer allowed, but the building we are in now is wonderful.

Ongoing layoffs that creep up when we were not expecting it. Lots of new people in hire up positions in upper management. All new hires came from the same company into senior executive roles. Older employees are being let go with no warning. Its a sinking ship right now and I have started doing interviews recently. My options are limited due to visa restrictions and most of my team is facing same situation.
