      Pros

      If you have a choice to work for NAG do it! NAG is one of the best places I've worked. Smart, dedicated people working hard to continue making NAG successful. It was hard to leave and I appreciated everyone there.

      Cons

      The only down side *may* be that NAG is small, so there will be limits to how much one can scale experiences to larger businesses. But NAG's size also allows for someone early in their career to wear multiple different hats and expand their skillset.

      Pros

      The people at NAG are our greatest resource and inspiration. Imagine the most supportive environment of incredibly smart people you can think of and that is NAG. There's also a highly flexible environment where you work from home but meet infrequently for collaborate purposes, generous holiday allowance and competitive compensation.

      Cons

      I don't have anything negative to say about NAG, it is a truly great place to work.
