- Managers and CEO need extensive training in management and human skills as well as basic human descency! - the people at the top (especially one ) are very immature and seriously need help! they hold grudges and promote whoever compliments the boss and punish whoever speak their mind! - this company have more legal problems with people wrongfully fired than actual business - they're experts in lies and false promises - the Casablanca office is terrible and unsafe ( doesn't live up to the "modern tech" company image the managers are sooo deseparate to promote! - the salaries are below average and unfairly distributed (based on who can gossip better with the boss and who does a couple of zoom meetings a day ) - 0 carreer evolution , poor organization , primitive tools , no incentive, bonues are given to the people in the boss's club obviously

I recently worked at Nuitee and found the environment to be fast-paced and disruptive, with inadequate compensation given the demanding hours. The employment contract is unclear and inconsistent, causing confusion. Employees are expected to work weekends/excessive hours without compensation, and meals or lunch areas are not provided. The office facilities are poor, resembling a call center without proper amenities. my experience has been negative so far due to these factors, and I advise others to consider these aspects before joining
