Pros
Great exposure to lots of senior people with different backgrounds which is good for personal development. Lots of young people working in the company with energy, no politics and full of love. The company has potential to grow by constant innovation.
Cons
Entry salary is competitive but the growth is too slow. The company is highly sensitive to market changes and scaling aggressively but the internal management is relatively weak in coping with it. People always have to work overtime.
