I worked there for just under a year and left due to relocating. It was an amazing place to work. I learnt a lot, nice people and culture. Great benefits. Unfortunately I was junior when I joined, so pay was ok. However I feel they do pay fairly for the industry. Their IT system is one of the nicest in the insurance industry. No guidewire!

Cons

Would have liked more development while I was there, however I was only there 10 months.
