Coworkers can be absolutely amazing, off duty pay and opportunities
Cons
NCPD is the absolute worst. Avoid at all costs. They knowingly violate citizens rights. They force the officers to comply with unlawful orders against citizens. They promote that they are family oriented. Wrong. They will throw you under the bus immediately and when they realize they are wrong they double down and target you instead of making things right. Complete corruption.
