      Remote work with great equipment, but company instability persists

      Pros

      Remote work, and they are wiling to provide any work equipment you need.

      Cons

      The company is very unstable, and it looks like they are still figuring out what they are doing. They hired a lot of content writers at the same time, and I was made redundant after two months, which happens, that's ok. But being fired via Slack was the hard part. Their HR team needs training asap.

      Pros

      Good list of perks. They give you 2,3k euro compensation a year for all perks: health, sport and etc. They also provide free ai subscriptions and studies app wallet

      Cons

      They had a messy story of new head stuff. An unstable amount of clients that leads to layoffs. A lot of work should be done in urgent temp.
