      Easy tasks but poor treatment and no growth opportunities

      Pros

      Less task since all test cases are provided. Task are given when if the vendors(dev) deploy the testing.

      Cons

      No allowance. No increase yearly. DTR (are manual as in excel file). Client's mindset under value the not direct employee. Easy for them to let them go and hire again with same position na wala naman ginagawa mindset. No chances of improvement. Equipment takes months to provide and yes it is onsite, all of your hired employee will nothing to do at office. Hr is so unethical it takes days to reply.

      The organization has a friendly work environment and supportive team members. There are good opportunities to learn new skills and gain experience. Management is approachable and communication is generally clear. Employees who perform well and consistently deliver results have opportunities for recognition and promotion.
