      The company is stable and has consistently provided long-term projects — I've been here for 10 years without gaps. It offers a solid environment for a healthy work/life balance.

      Cons

      As with many long-term roles, compensation growth might not always keep pace with market trends. That said, the overall environment, stability, and team make it a place I’ve been happy to stay.

      Company management works hard to find challenging projects and prominent customers. Competitive salary and on-time payout. Agile work schedule. Good colleagues. Referral bonus program.

      Cons

      Meeting colleagues could be more often. It's required to maintain excellent IT-infrastructure to work remotely, but for IT pros it shuould not be a problem.
