Pros
If you are on good terms with him, you can get paid without doing any work.
Cons
If you are not on good terms with him, he will make your life in the company very miserable. Even if you are in offices outside Singapore, if you make him unhappy, he vows to make life miserable for you (including japanese expats). Many good staff left the company because he is very power hungry, unreasonable and displays favouritism blatently. He and his good mates just plays politics in office to survive, without doing any practical work.
