      Employees can work remotely. Work from home option available.

      1.Employees are hired for client projects but are kept on internal projects instead. During the increment period, layoffs are carried out 2.Hard works are not given proper credit 3.The machine provided is not adequate to handle the required workload efficiently 4.Some senior members excessively micromanage, making it difficult to work independently

      - Seniors are really helpful and most skillful resources here. - pure software company which has too much learning scopes and no corporate culture there. - company tries best to give flexibility to the employees, work life balance also there. - DevOps, development teams are super strong here. - company has the certificate reimbursement policies to encourage to become certified in aws, azure or other. - Tech sharing session continuously happens to share the knowledge

      - sometimes there is work pressure much but it doesn't regularly happens.
