Used to be a great place to work, still has a few solid people clinging on. Has a zero re-hire policy

Cons

Does not pay advertised bonuses Compensation is static Proud of their 3% internal mobility Avoids layoff by torturing employees until they leave "of their own accord" Annual benefits reductions paired with benefit cost increases

Pros

The team I work with is awesome, very respectful of each other and understanding. Work-life balance is also reasonable.

Cons

Corporate management doesn’t value their employees and it shows. They will flaunt record revenue growth and fantastic company performance, and then continually chip away at perks. The CEO will flaunt that “employees will be pleased with bonuses” yet the bonus pool is reduced to 70% of the expected payouts, despite outstanding company performance.
