I've learned so many skills here such as payroll, inventory management, sales, Spanish, leadership, management, administration, and more that will translate well to many other fields and future work opportunities.
Cons
Must answer phone 24/7. The amount of stress is simply not worth it. You will take it home and it will eat at you. It can be life sucking as you try to keep customers, employees, owners, and corporate happy. Your own happiness will disappear.
