      Non that I can think of. Yes who loves to work a lot. This ll be perfect for them as there's no work life balance.

      Cons

      Appointment letter given at time of relieving after multiple reminders and request or better word is begging. No relieving or experience letter is given. Managers are damn rude and unprofessional. Typical 4-5 employees only are working with them.
