Don't expect to get much sleep.

Pros

You get to travel and meet so many people. You have more freedom on how to get things done. Coworkers are some of the best people I know.

Cons

Lack of sleep and time to prepare for the next week was a struggle. You have to be able to solve a lot of problems on your own. There isn't a supervisor to back you up right away.

Next Step is the ideal workplace. A true work family. The best office culture and the best people to work alongside. It’s hard work with lots of travel but it’s all worth it. No where else do you get to work for such an incredible mission and have so much fun doing it!
