Application areas and customers are demanding - and developing, for all job areas. Small, but global company offers rare view of real-life: before you join a bigger operation.
Cons
Chronic underfunding. "Professional" management with corresponding compensation, not ideal for this stage of development and certainly funding. Lack of visionary true leadership by example, which is important for a trail-blazer in its field. Still, nothing's perfect....
