Pros

Some people are really nice and hardworking, especially in the technical support and carrier relation team. Some products are very competitive.

Cons

The CEO is a nice person in private life, but a real tyrant in the office. The HR team is incompetent. Smart people are leaving every day, and are replaced by the cheapest people on the market. Most high level and mid level managers do not create any value for the company, and the people who do the real job are paid unfairly: for example if a sales person overachieves, his target will be immediately "adjusted". The management team doesn't want to hear any advice or suggestion.

Pros

well-funded, which results in a lot of perks like a free laptop, overseas meetings and free snacks. the customer support team people are awesome

Cons

lack of structure sales reps are not motivated to help each other good people get better offers from competitors and leave
