Pros
Free food, good pay, and free benefits for management
Cons
The pros DO NOT outweigh the cons! Upper management is horrible, unprofessional and dirty. They cannot keep employees and the ones that are good leave or get fired for speaking up. The turnover rate is horrendous. They do not know how to speak to people, they sleep with their subordinates (it all gets covered up), target and bully employees they don't like, no room for growth, play favorites, and cover peers drug usage.

Company pays 100% medical for management. Free hot meals in cafeteria for all staff.
Cons
Very old building infrastructure and no work life balance.
