      Definite a good place to start career

      Pros

      1.Training interns, teach them lessons about web, program skill and code standards. 2.Hold a competition for outstanding project per quarter, encourage all employee keep moving, not stay in comfort zone. 3.James is a great leader.

      Cons

      1.Not pay a good salary. 2.Organization is Too stable, it's hard to get promotion. 3.KPI assessing is opaque and subjective for some teams.
