Since last 4 years we have grown 40% year on year in our revenues, projects and our people, which clearly shows that we all are smart workers. On Full and final settlement dues we target our timelines as 30-40 days maximum, wherein we aim to close the same within 15 days. These figures have been mentioned based on our last 6 months real time F&F settlement data. Regarding form-16, it is given at the end of financial year, in case you had resigned in the middle of the year, you would get the same after the end of next financial year. As form-16 cannot be given in the middle of year, alternatively, we have started giving form 12 A&B for our employees who leave us during the middle of the year.
