      Very flexible hours and environment. Lots of room to develop new skills if you are self-motivated to do so.

      Cons

      Company has weathered some difficult times. Merit increases are a problem. Upper management makes commitments to clients without consulting operational teams.

      Ambitious mission, very nice dedicated people.

      Too many levels of managers. Poor internal communication, Some really nice people that aren't great at their jobs (possibly due to poor internal communication).
