Pros

The CTO is Knowledgeable and sure is worthy of his position. being able to work with him can be a great experience.

Cons

1 - Experience in general is horrible, especially for fresh graduates. You'd expect to see best practices of code / implement them by yourself with the help of seniors. But No, this is not the case. in the last few years, the company's reputation has crashed down, and for a good reason. Going full Money Saver mode by hiring full teams of juniors / fresh grads with only one, or no seniors at all, to monitor them / help guiding them. As a result of that. you'll start hearing things like " The work load at netways is Insane " , " We can never meet the deadlines " as well as getting a terrible quality of code. Recently Netways has been trying to get their employees to use their own private framework named Flowon. And no body on the Dev team seems to be happy with that. I do hear things like : the framework isn't mature yet. it doesn't have proper documentation. it makes querying and retrieving objects from the database a nightmare, and it has zero experience to offer to the person using it. (Luckily for me, i didn't have to use it - YET - ). 2- Salaries range wise , Netways are average on the market . The reason i've mentioned salaries in the Cons section. is their late arrival. rarely you do get paid in the first week of the month (unless it was for the previous month) . it's almost always in the second, and sometimes the third/fourth week. 3-Last but not least is the Evaluation. after doing everything it takes to delay it as much as possible (2-3-4) months. You'll be welcomed with laughably stupid reasons on why you're not getting your evaluation / getting a half raise instead. ^ your resignation card should be the way to go to guarantee that sweet (Laughable) salary boost when it's the case.

Pros

Meeting some good developers. Only that

Cons

1- There is not a single high ranking person in the Beirut branch who is of any good. 2- Never expect to have normal payroll. Currently in Lebanon they are paying their employees in Lebanese Pounds (which lost 80% of its value) while other companies are paying in Dollars. Some employees can get up to 3 months unpaid in Lebanon. Of course in Saudi, Jordan and other branches outside Lebanon this doesn't happen that much. But also it depends on your nationality. For example Saudis are always paid on time, otherwise they shut down their office there. 3- The company took Covid 19 as an excuse to close its offices in Lebanon, while simply they don't want to pay rent just to maximize profit. 4- Offices are bad. They put like 8-10 developers in a single room of 10 square meters size. 5- The husband and wife (who are the owners) keep promising employees with upcoming benefits and improvements, by the second time you meet the husband you will know that he is simply a scammer. 6- The only reason they get contracts in the GULF it is because Mircosoft recommends them. 7- You will not find an employee of middle to low rank that would love this company

Pros

There are no pros there , worst four months of my life

Cons

I don't know how to start writing here - Never trust their promises, nor their words, not even their smiles. - The salary you will never get unless after many claims. - For the Saudis, you will never get a job, because the work will be done through Lebanese or Egyptian employees. - I was thinking that the administration only hired Saudis for the Labor Office system. Advice: Think carefully before entering this prison.
