- Incompetent Leadership: Leadership is not empathetic to employee concerns, only cares about the bottom line and has been consistently failing to do anything worthwhile, while acting like they're breaking milestones. Stock keeps falling into the ground, no accountability for their ineptitude and only lower level employees suffer most.
