Pros

They have pizza friday once a month and it is close to a lot of stores and restaurants.

Cons

The pay is $8-$10 an hour. They will promise reviews and raises but never follow through. In this economy a job is a job I guess. Just don't expect much of anything from this company.

Thank you for your feedback and service for Netfor. In terms of advancement opportunities, Netfor has made many improvements to the employee review process over the last few years, including the implementation of an enterprise human resources platform that, among other things, automates the review process. It logs issues and suggestions and offers the opportunity for team members to set and track individual goals. Netfor ensures multiple managers approve promotions. We have a nine-person executive and operational management team to address these evaluations and selections. Pros

It is near a Target and a Five Guys. They also have some videogames and a popcorn machine. That is really about it. This would be an OKAY job for someone to start off with right out of school but I would recommend they find something else as soon as possible.

Cons

Lack of communication with senior management, terrible pay, brutal call volume, scheduling issues, parking problems, and no viable long term career prospects.

Business outlook

Pros

-Close knit group of colleagues that worked together as a team (Client Success Department). -100% remote allows flexibility with family obligations.

Cons

-Lack of follow through from multiple departments. -Micromanagement from the CEO. -Overwhelmed staff that leads a lot to be desired when working with clients. -Health Insurance offerings VERY expensive when covering family. -Disconnected workforce (Transparency is a thing of the past). -No employer contributions to 401k.
