      great people to work with on call allowance and shift allowance good for freshers, dead end job for experianced

      Cons

      Very poor single digit salary hikes and you need to remind repeatedly to get one. no proper feedback or reward system. none of he hike will be given on time . got 3 hikes in last 5 years last hike couple of months back on average 1 hike every 2 years. No learning and its a high stress job with continues SLA and deadlines High stress and low reward. you will asked to work on multiple projects at a time.
