Exposure to cutting edge technology Profit sharing compensation plan even for the new entry level people Growth Path for moving up On the job training Company events on the regular basis Health Insurance

Cons

Need to have attention to detail, not really a con. Client service focused, also not really a con.

Pros

-Hour lunch. -A functioning toilet with Quilted Northern brand toilet paper.

Cons

-Upper management talks behind employees' backs when they aren't not around. -They'll just lay you off without reason given. -Unprofessional work environment. -Low pay for the amount of work you do. -Strict dress code despite it basically being a call center where you won't be physically interacting with clients.
