If really want to know the pros, then listed below. 1. You will get to meet with people who can be completely delusional. 2. Trainers are good, early talent people are hired as trainer. 3. Depending upon location, HR and Sales team behaviour changes. They are centric to Sales.
Cons
This is going to be a long list. 1. 24/7 under cctv watch. 2. Keeps listening to what you talk with other trainer colleagues. 3. Rule 1. Dont talk with HR/Sales team without any work. Not a single chit chat. 4. Rule 2. Always fear to loose job. 5. Yes correct, you can receive termination letter anytime, always need to be in fear. 6. No coordination between Sales, Hr and Trainers Team. 7. Trainers cannot talk with each other, in free time ( if they see you talking with eachother they call it " what's the meeting " of the trainers going on. 8. Office Boy keeps and another eye on you. 9. Even if you can do better in your way, you will step back due to fear of job termination letter. 10. Low salary and within that on 3rd late mark, full day salary cut. 11. No paid leaves. 12. No sick leaves. 13. No emergency leaves.
