      Pros

      Some of the people at NetElixir are amazing, but management has their favorites and they make that known. Nothing else was great.

      Cons

      NetElixir is the most unorganized agency I have ever worked for. Not only do they not understand how their own internal processes work, they act like everything is great. They do not listen to employees who bring up changes that need to be made, and honestly I feel bad for the businesses that are working with them on anything but paid search. Also if you are looking for a real career this is not the place to work!!! You will be put in a position where there is no place to go for career growth. They will promise the world but you will realize quickly it’s just a scam.

      1. Transparency 2. Employee Friendly 3. Amazing Co-workers 4. Supportive Seniors 5. Opportunities to learn and improve domain expertise I worked at NetElixir for more than 4 years and I have considered it to be a very good company. One of the many positives that I can share is that this is a company that takes care of its employees. Udayan as the CEO of the company is a visionary in the field of digital marketing and is not afraid to believe in employees who think they can take a challenge and achieve something. Even if the desired results weren't achieved, he'd encourage you to learn from those failures and try again. That itself speaks volumes about the leadership. There is no micromanagement from the line manager or the Ops lead. All the team members treat one another with utmost respect (no matter your designation) and are ready to help you whenever you need them. The higher management has done a great job at preserving a unique culture and are always trying to make it a better place to work. One of the intangible perks is that you can get easily noticed for a commendable effort and it would be highlighted due to the small size of the team.

      This place is a joke. I'm writing this review mostly to warn naive college grads. There are no opportunities for career growth, no training processes, no legitimate HR department, and a very low salary. On top of that, people either get fired or quit every six or so months. When they hire people, they don't provide them with either direction or training on what to do and then put them on a PIP plan, so they can fire them without facing legal consequences.The only employees who have been with the company for a long time are hires from India who are on a visa and don't have much choice. They ask you to write a review on Glassdoor your first week on the job. Hence, all the positive reviews below. Please avoid. There're much better companies out there. Plus, no one has ever heard of this place. So, having NetElixir on your resume won't give you any leverage in the future - ask any former employee, and there're quiet a few of us.
