Pros
They pay salary on time. Apart from that a BIG 0 in every other aspect.
Cons
A Family Owned Business. Management and HR is operated and run by family. You cannot raise your voice against anyone in management or you will be out. Management has no respect for employees. You will be used and thrown out once their purpose is solved and they play with your career. They project and demo something else to the client and sell something else. Their thirst is only for MONEY. They don't even mind putting their pants down for it and begging for Money.
