      Pros

      The only pros about this company is how it was pre-2023. Since then it has quickly gone downhill

      Cons

      Run away from this place as fast as you can. I did not listen to these reviews before starting and ended up wasting over a year of my life. Do not work here. Very low pay for the industry, you simply can’t afford to pay bills/rent comfortably. Micromanaging becomes draining and some of the factors are out of your control.

      Pros

      At a consulting firm it often comes down to clients and the luck of the draw. Luckily I have had mostly enjoyable clients, and when needed I have been supported by employer (Ness) every time.

      Your job security is good as long as your customer is good with you. If not find a new job.
