Low pay, almost non existent benefits, 401k without match, out of state health insurance (unless you are in NJ). Upper management creates a toxic environment and has an “old school” approach, meaning it feels the employee should be grateful to be working for them. No empathy or appreciation. I’m surprised the company still retains employees, although many have left.

Discrepancies in commission, erratic change in job description, sales and debt collecting simultaneously (good cop, bad cop) , no communication, extremely poor management from residing country and head office, zero credit given on work done, constructive dismissal acts the instant one starts questioning salaries. Sporadic commission payments done and when queried, no feedback. Zero transparency in this company. And again, the moment you question it, there’s a target on your back.
