Pros

The office is cute and inviting.

Cons

Neff has a Napoleon complex. He hires young naive girls since he can manipulate them and pay them minimal money for maximum work. Take a look at the demographics of the office and see for yourself. High turnover once people realize what they have signed up for. Picture Neff as a Yosemite Sam and you will have an accurate image.

Pros

There are none. Stay away!

Cons

Where to begin? Simply put, don't work here. There used to be a lot of talented people here but the absolutely horrible CEO drove them away. If you're interviewing at a company, ask how they handled the pandemic. In 2020 he tried to say we were essential and almost made us come to the office despite everyone expressing fears. He made light of COVID and told us we were 'overreacting' All PTO was revoked for the first six months of the pandemic. We were never asked how we were feeling, we were constantly asked to do in-person client activities (we were able to pass but it was uncomfortable to even have the conversation) When some buildings were damaged during the George Floyd demonstrations in Philly, he angrily tweeted at Mayor Kenney for telling the police to 'stand down' and asked the team to post it on more social channels for him. The team had to explain why this was inappropriate and had him take it down. Later, he claimed to be 'passionate about fighting for Black and Brown communities'. He speaks over women, contradicts what we say, and refuses to take any of our feedback - all the while claiming he cares and is here for us and saying we should 'come to him with any problems'. When we are, we are told we are being difficult. There’s a huge lack of transparency with clients and employees. And the pay is laughable. Like disgustingly low salaries for a major city in todays climate. Avoid this company at all costs

Pros

Office is cute with open space

Cons

It's what another former employee said. Big Napoleon complex. I saw management lie to potential clients faces in meetings to try to get new business. Everything has to be done the old-fashioned way or you are wrong. Office is full of 20-something young girls and guys so they can yes management to death. You are always wrong. Turnover is unbelievable...then former employees are trash talked. Stay AWAY! Employees are specifically ordered to erase bad reviews everywhere. I wish I never wasted my time. What a joke of an "agency!" No wonder the public relations department never retains clients...they wise up when no results are achieved.
