Nefab has some fundamental issues with their attempt at European management without any of the benefits Europeans get. Their management is extremely unprofessional and often looks for people to blame rather than solve any problems. They spend hours in meeting on strategizing but lack the initiative to get anything done. They look down upon women and often make derogatory comments. It is a classic boys club and they overlook bad behavior of men in the office. Most of their senior employees have left leaving Nefab struggling to make any profits. After speaking to a lawyer, I was told to sue for a hostile work environment.

This company has a huge turnover of employees! People either get fired or leave because they see no opportunity for career advancement. Salaries are OK with the end year bonus structure. Their core product is a hard sell and the company is struggling to make money. No transparency; unprofessional senior management; no understanding of the local market and how to compete with other packaging companies.
