      Mostly low price point items to sell to mostly senior citizens that don't have a lot of income = low commission.

      Pros

      Remote position after training is complete.

      Cons

      Low base, lower than advertised commissions, PTO is based on $10 per hour, failing business model due to advertising to an older population via catalogs. Also, no paid holidays and the only day they close is Christmas day.
