Cons

All decisions come from the top. You can’t make your own decision no matter how small and urgent it is! Sometimes it would take an entire day for the supervisor to get back to you with a decision from top management. Even this feels tedious! The system wastes so much time it doesn’t make sense!

The workplace is positive, and coworkers make even the busiest days easier to handle with their teamwork and support.
