- Good Pay - Coworkers are hard working and Steller team mates. Some of the best people I have met.
Cons
- Nepotism (Friends and Family) No Holds Barred. *Despite* Skill Level. - Management Team is out of touch with today's workplace/workforce and demonstrates the inability to control their insecurities in order to proactively lead and empower the team. - Egos are bigger than actual skill. - Inconsistent job responsibilities and direction. Shoots from the hip with guidance. -Preaches Teamwork and Professional development and does little of either in practice. No Follow Through. - Personal Development is "Foo Foo Sh*t" Direct Quote from top leader.
