Pros

This organization supports growth and development of every member of the team. Very mission driven passionate people who care about the work they do and the impact they have on rural health. Visionary leadership that listens to staff and involves them in the process of strategic planning, decision making and values their input. Truly caring supportive co workers and leaders.

Cons

With exponential growth over the last 7-8 years, and converting to fully remote during the pandemic and maintaining remote after, there are some growing pains which is to be expected. An organization that has essentially tripled in size during that period is going to see that happen. Remarkably, even with those changes, staff still really feel connected and are fully engaged in the important work that the organization does.

Pros

Primarily remote work with travel

Cons

Extremely woke toxic culture. Constantly contradicting their own core values. They treat Minnesota based employees great and everyone else horribly. Hands down, the worse organizational leadership I have ever worked for in my entire working career.
