Pros

The people in the work team are usually young and motivated, which makes the atmosphere BETWEEN WORKING TEAMS quite ok.

Cons

- Leadership is inexistent and Directive Team's presence in the company equals zero, only appearing once a year to talk about money and achieving goals (that don't show on the paycheck) - 'People' Team a.k.a Human Resources is a complete mess, run by 2-3 people with not a long work experience in that field. Goals are not defined for personal career paths or as a team/company. - Personal professional meetings every 6 months/1 years for promotions, salary raises, doubts, goals, career development, and education ARE SIMPLY NOT HAPPENING. When you join they tell you (HHRR a.k.a People's Team) they thoroughly follow up with every one of the employees, which doesn't happen and nobody talks about it. - Different projects/clients have their own teams so basically are not connected to Nacar, they report to the client and Nacar is simply not involved. - VERY different salaries for the same position and experience (they take advantage of the situation of nobody talking about it, covered up as 'cool and going with the flow' - You need to fight to have proper equipment and it takes veeeeryyyy loooong for them. - All the interesting work is outsourced to cheaper contractors (research, design, etc.) so you are just there to *produce*
