- Interesting projects within Belgian leading banks - Safe environment to grow, learn, make mistakes and improve. Your willingness to learn is valued - wages aligned with big 4 but room for negotiation before singing ! - Great team culture, frequent team building, very frequent company lunch or dinner - very diverse teams in terms of gender and cultural background - very good work life balance
Cons
- performance review to be more objective and factual, more than managers throwing some insignificant comments that are not performance related. - having bigger offices and have a 1 day at the office for the whole staff as most of the time we were at clients site with our (often) same team
