Too much politics Childish top management Remember we worked 20 hours a day and got no credits Sugarcane machine like crushing of employees - top management will crush you and get of your energies, skills, especially TIME; Top management promised many things like double salary hike, etc after 2-5 yrs but never kept their promises Waste of time working 20 hours a day 5% of management - that's the biggest disadvantage of the company Top management doesn't know how to use resources properly Once, asked to work 7 days a week (thank god, we have only 7 days a week!)
