paid sick leave and special leave regular pay uplifts clear and publicly available policies and documents - interviews, pay etc job secuirty - it's actually really difficult to get fired, even if you're a complete moron
Cons
uneven and unpredictable workload - some weeks are non stop, some there is hardly anything to do not much progression options within the admin jobs the yearly performance review is a tickbox exercise that has no value lots of poeple take advantage of how laidback HR is - you can get away pretty much with anything
