      Pros

      Great experience. Young team of professionals. Great company atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and supportive. Interns are treated with respect and acknowledged for their work. Also given a lot of responsibility. Lunch and parking are paid - which mean a lot for an internship.

      Cons

      Office is located in the heart of Hollywood = traffic after work.

      Awesome Place to Innovate

      Pros

      Really great place to work with an awesome team who turns out really cool projects! The agency environment they're fostering here is really neat and they really encourage you to be innovative and creative. A steady flow of new clients and cutting edge projects make the days go by pretty quickly. Plus it's fun!

      Cons

      A lot of work sometimes. You basically stay bust from the second you get in until the minute you leave and sometimes after. But that's okay - all the pros make up for it in my opinion.

      Looks great from outside

      Pros

      Just renovated a cool new office in Hollywood.. I'm sure they made it nice because you'll be there around the clock. Friendly people, as long as you don't have a disagreement with anybody, else your outcasted immediately.

      Cons

      At first I thought this would be great; I always wanted to work on cutting-edge challenging projects.. and you'll have the chance to do that, but you'll also have an endless flow of tasks piled on, and be required to product complex projects with no where near a reasonable amount of time. Expect to work long hours, everyday without acknowledgement.
