Pros

It's the NBA. You get to meet and see the players in action. Some travel for NBA games and events.

Cons

No career advancement for lower level positions. Unfair distribution of salary amongst people with the same job role and title. Company expects employees to go above and beyond to do their jobs but there is no reward system.

Pros

All employees get a free league pass subscription

Cons

Unrealistic budget targets set and has shifted to a China working culture. No credence given to employee engagement survey. How some managers still manage to stay relevant even with multiple 0% scores is anyone's guess. Business travel remains an inside joke. Diamond Status over deals done.
