      Pros

      Great team - everyone is incredibly positive. Access to CEU's annually. Very thorough training and onboarding. Consistent multidisciplinary collaboration between PT/OT/Speech.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con, but it's very fast paced! You have to think on your feet all day.
